Tom Morgan-Harris has joined the Growth Partners team as Commercial Director to drive client-led objectives for Growth Partners and our sister brand, tml Partners.
Since Growth Partners was founded, our provision of high calibre marketing and communications professionals as a completely flexible solution has piqued significant interest in the market. Tom joins the firm’s senior leadership team to work closely with Emma Morrison, Naomi Hamilton and our consultants, to further grow the business through client acquisition. He will be responsible for leading relationships with private equity, growth capital and VC houses, along with strengthening our brand with CEOs, Talent Partners, Value Creation Teams, Venture Partners and shareholders looking for marketing solutions.

Tom’s background comprises an impressive list of senior recruitment positions, most recently leading tml Partners’ market-leading Corporate Affairs practice where he consulted with a wide variety of global organisations on communications needs and cross-sector challenges.
