The calculation is based on annual compensation which should include a basic salary plus bonus. Additions are added for: employment benefits (such as healthcare, pension and life insurance); statutory employment costs such as national insurance and; our back-office costs and fees. The amount is then divided by 220 (which is the typical number of working days in a year taking holidays into account)
